European Master in Sustainable Energy System Management

​​​​Acquire a solid foundation in sustainable energy system management. Topics include modelling, technologies, markets & innovation, scientific framework (law, policy, societal acceptance, environmental aspects). Work on real life projects, and specialise at a partner institute. This programme is for students with a background in economics, managerial engineering or equivalent.​

Duration: 3 semesters/1.5 Years, one semester abroad.

Entry Requirements

Applicants are required to have a background in one of the following areas: economics, social sciences, management or studies providing a systemic point of view. Admission of students with a different bachelor’s degree will be decided by Hanze UAS after assessment. The criteria may be waived for applicants with relevant work experience deemed equivalent to the academic admission requirements. All candidates must satisfy the language requirements of Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen.

Course Fees

EU/EEA* € 2,006, NON-EU/EEA € 11,500. *However, an EU student already holding a Dutch master's degree will pay €7,300, for the full programme.
