Course Description

The worldwide hospitality industry is ever growing and always in need of highly qualified individuals to progress to senior management roles.

You will gain an in-depth theoretical understanding of essential managerial concepts alongside practical problem solving skills, which are critical for a successful career in the hospitality industry. To facilitate this you will engage in a practical restaurant project, where you will deliver a dining experience designed and managed by you.
