MSc Project Management

Course Description

Project management skills are in demand and increasingly they are an essential requirement for many different job roles. This course has two units which carry accreditation from the Association for Project Management (APM). It is suitable for professionals and graduates who are looking to develop their project management skills as well as project management specialists who want a recognised qualification that supports the experience they have gained ‘on-the-job’.

This course addresses the key factors that underpin the successful delivery of projects. Your studies will cover how to manage the technical, cultural, political and financial aspects of a project and the tools and techniques available to you. People are a crucial part of any project’s success and you will consider how to adeptly manage challenges such as power disputes between colleagues, skills development issues and maintaining motivational levels for long-term projects.
