This programme provides an opportunity for students to develop the full potential of a practice-based project proposal either as research or professional preparation by combining traditional and contemporary media in their chosen area of interest.
It is designed to enable access to a range of subject disciplines, workshops and expertise provided by practitioners and researchers who contribute to teaching, alongside guest speakers.
Based on a balance between theory and practice, our School offers students a wide range of specialist areas and facilities in Jewellry Design and Accessories, Textiles, Fine Art, Photography, 3D Design and Ceramics. The latter provides extensive facilities including an anagama kiln.
The programme encourages innovation in addition to the refinement of individual skills and practice. It is cumulative in structure, progressing through six compulsory modules.
