Course Description

Mae’r cwrs yn ymdrin â dau faes penodol - addysgu Cymraeg fel iaith gyntaf ac addysgu Cymraeg fel ail iaith – yn unol â gofynion y Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol, y fframwaith sgiliau, a manylebau arholiadau allanol (TGAU a Safon Uwch a'r fagloriaeth Gymreig). Rhoddir pwyslais, fodd bynnag, ar y tir sylweddol sy’n gyffredin i’r ddau faes. Cynhelir y sesiynau ar ffurf gweithdai ymarferol.

Ymhlith y prif feysydd a gynhwysir o fewn y cyd-destun uwchradd y mae:

• nodau ac amcanion addysgu a dysgu Cymraeg a Chymraeg Ail Iaith
• Cymraeg a Chymraeg Ail Iaith yn y Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol, cyrsiau TGAU a Safon Uwch, a’u rôl o fewn y cwricwlwm cyfan mewn addysg uwchradd a thrydyddol
• paratoi cynlluniau gwaith a chynllunio gwersi
• strategaethau i ddatblygu medrau llafar, darllen, ac ysgrifennu disgyblion
• rôl Technoleg Gwybodaeth a Chyfathrebu yn y dosbarth Cymraeg a Chymraeg Ail Iaith
• adnoddau ar gyfer addysgu a dysgu Cymraeg a Chymraeg Ail Iaith – cynlluniau addysgu, gwerslyfrau, tapiau sain/fideo, rhaglenni teledu, CD-ROM, DVD, meddalwedd cyfrifiadurol a.y.y.b.
• cynllunio ar gyfer trefnu a rheoli dosbarthiadau
• asesu cynnydd a chyraeddiadau disgyblion
• hyrwyddo agweddau ar y diwylliant Cymraeg
