Four of these are mandatory core courses offered during the first semester and the remainders are electives or mandatory, depending on the direction of study. In addition, students must attend the “seminar” course offered in the first two semesters and a course in “Research methods and scientific writing” offered in the third semester. The third semester is dedicated for thesis work (30 ECTS units). Teaching is conducted in Greek, unless there are foreign students, in which case teaching is conducted in English.
