The Program comprises of a taught and a research part. The taught part consists of eight (8) courses, five (5) compulsory and three (3) electives.The research part consists of the Research Proposal and the Master Thesis. The program incorporates two seminar-based courses to strengthen graduate and research culture among the students of the program.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in the fields of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or another related field. More specifically, prior background in Computer Networks, Internet Technologies, and programming skills are sought. A GPA of 7.5/10 (or equivalent) is required. Fluency in English. Candidates must hold knowledge of English language certificate such as GCE, TOEFL (70+), or IELTS (6+). This requirement can be waived for graduates of English speaking universities.The following criteria will also be accounted for: Professional experience. Candidate’s involvement in courses and activities related to web engineering, web and mobile systems, software development.
