The Certificate examines the relationships between unions, employers and the state in an historical context, and builds towards an analysis of modern collective bargaining. Throughout the course you will look at a wide range of 'real world' examples and draw on your own knowledge and experiences.
Available to anyone with industrial relations experience.
Students successfully completing the Certificate may progress to the part-time MA programmes: Industrial Relations Industrial Relations and Employment Law Industrial Relations and HRM European Industrial Relations and HRM
No formal qualifications are required, but all applicants are interviewed at Keele.
