The IE Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy (EXMPLS) is a groundbreaking program designed for senior executives interested in achieving outstanding business results through transformational leadership. By gaining a deep understanding of the hard science in positive psychology and human behavior, participants learn how to optimize overall strategy, functional processes, and organizational design to achieve sustainable optimal performance in themselves and the people they lead.
Focused on strengths-based leadership, the master has impact at three levels: individuals, teams and the entire organization:
I. It will help leaders to identify their strengths, transform their personal work processes to be more effective in leading themselves and doing their own work. Consequently it will help participants to achieve a higher economic value for the organization and its different stakeholders;
II. It will help leaders as managers to identify strengths in their people and their teams, and to design roles, team dynamics, and business processes to make the most of their strengths – instead of managing constraints. This will open up new perspectives and will pave the way for innovation, producing high performing teams that are more creative, more efficient, and that produces outstanding results;
III. It will help leaders to design structures that foster positive communication within the organization, that create positive and effective business processes, and that guide a department, a division, the company towards a common winning objective.
The Executive Master in Positive Leadership and Strategy will help you analyze, understand and leverage your personal strengths to enable you to become a more effective and natural leader. 1. Have a clear idea of the right direction for their business and their life, thus facilitating wise strategic decision-making.
2. Elevate participants’ social connections, thereby heightening their leadership skills by becoming more perspicacious, caring and mindful of the social realities in their private and professional life.
