The Institute of Child Education and Psychology Europe (ICEP Europe) and Leeds Metropolitan University will be offering a suite of online modules for those working with children and young people who have Special Educational Needs. The modules are equally relevant for teachers (including SENCos), Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) as well as other professionals (eg educational psychologists, social care workers) and parents or carers of those who have Special Educational Needs. The first module is on Understanding Autism, followed by Dyslexia; ADHD; Inclusive Education and Collaborative practice; Learning Difficulties and Disabilities; Social Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties
Hold level three (or equivalent) qualification or have HLTA status; Currently work with learners with additional or special learning needs (or have experience or interest in working in education, training or an education-related professional context);
