Executive MBA


Course Description

The Imperial Executive MBA programme is designed for senior executives wishing to accelerate their career whilst continuing to excel in a demanding job.

The 23 month programme is designed to give you a thorough knowledge of all the essential business disciplines, as well as opportunities to specialise in areas that will directly benefit your chosen career path. You will graduate with a unique grasp of leading innovation in the workplace.

During year one you will attend lectures at our campus in South Kensington, London for two days every three – four weeks. In the second year of study, you will complete your electives, Final Project and Global Immersion Week.

Final Project

The Final Project is an opportunity to create value for your employer in a tangible and measurable way as a culmination of your learning experience. It is an independent piece of work, where you will deliver a piece of consultancy with high strategic impact.

Global Immersion Week

The Global Immersion Week is an opportunity for you to see business in action in another region of the world. As an integral part of the Executive MBA programme, this experience allows you to immerse yourself in the business environment of a specific country, such as Argentina, Brazil or China.

Entry Requirements

All applications to the Executive MBA are considered on their individual merits. We look for a combination of academic ability, work experience and professional status. To be eligible to apply for the programme you would normally have: 10 years’ relevant postgraduate work experience, of which at least five should be management experience; At least a Lower Second Class Honours degree OR international equivalent OR recognised professional qualification; English language test results (if applicable)
