In the Master's Degree in Business Administration you learn to deal with complex management issues. There are four tracks that all specialize in one particular area of business administration: - Change Management - Organizational & Management Control - Small Business & Entrepreneurship - Strategic Innovation Management
The programme is intended for students with an academic background in Business, Management, Finance or Marketing.
Each specialization has high academic standards and is research oriented. Therefore, all your lecturers are researchers. You will work intensively in small groups. Occasionally, a guest lecturer from a company is invited to speak about their expert experiences in the world of business administration. All specializations are internationally orientated.
As a graduate, you are qualified to work in national and international companies, non-profit organizations and government institutions. Think of positions such as management trainee, internal or policy consultant, financial or control officer and organization advisor. Because all our programmes are EQUIS and AACSB accredited, your degree will be highly valued on the labour market.
