How long is a Masters degree in Norway?
Most Norwegian Masters degree programmes are two years long, with the Norwegian academic year running between August and June.
How much does it cost to study a Masters in Norway?
There are no tuition fees for Masters degrees in Norway, but students do pay a small semester fee of NOK 300-600 (between €31 and €62). This applies to all students, regardless of nationality.
Are Norwegian Masters degrees taught in English?
English is widely spoken in Norway and many of the country's Masters degrees are offered as English-language programmes. Some courses may be delivered in Norwegian, however. You should be able to find more information on language requirements in the individual course listings below.
