Sure, PG marketing has always been more complex, but it’s hard to think of a time with more going on for students and universities. Economic obstacles, policy barriers... uncertainty over future economic obstacles and policy barriers. It’s a lot, for you and for the students you’re trying to recruit.

At the heart of all this is a simple and repeated challenge: making PG make sense for your university means making PG make sense for students. This session will explore some ways in which you can actually do that.

Mark and Maree will bring in the latest findings from FAU’s unique PG insights, but we’ll also look at what you can do with that information across a range of examples – leveraging what we’ve learned from interacting with our own vast audience of prospective Masters and PhD candidates.

• We’ll explain what ‘flexible’ study means in practice – and how you make it look practical.
• We’ll be realistic about the information needs of international students who are still very much interested in PG study.
• We’ll explain what PGR audiences actually look like and what actually works when reaching them.
• And we’ll be honest about being honest during challenging times.

Ali will showcase how Manchester Met are using the strength of their 200-year anniversary to deliver on a number of key objectives, not only to their expected audiences, but also how they are becoming relevant to new audiences too.
