We've been helping students find the right postgraduate course for over a decade.
UCLan postgraduate open events form an integral part of our corporate open days, to ensure that you get the best experience when you visit our Preston campus.
Whether you are looking to expand your passion for a certain subject, upskill your existing knowledge or further your career, our postgraduate open events will help you get a real feel for postgraduate study at UCLan.
You’ll be able to find out about our master’s degrees, research programmes and continuing professional development. There will be academics and current students to talk to, as well as information covering all the support that will be available to you as a UCLan postgraduate student.
We’ve scheduled our next event on Thursday 19 March from 4.00-7.30 pm to make it convenient for everyone to attend. You’ll be able to ask all those burning questions that you have about our courses and postgraduate study. Subject specific academics will be available to talk to in the showcase area throughout the afternoon/evening, to help you find out more about our courses, and there will be tours of our excellent facilities.
and we’ll send all the information you need prior to the event.
There will also be a separate event on 19 March from 4.00-7.30pm if you're interested in becoming a Physician Associate - a growing professional healthcare role, supporting doctors in the diagnosis and management of patients. You can register for this event here.
As a UCLan postgraduate student, you’ll benefit from all the help and support available, including use of our free on-campus Sir Tom Finney Sports Centre! We’ll have staff available at our open evening to talk to you about student finance, accommodation, and the postgraduate application process.
If you’re not able to make our postgraduate open evening on 19 March, don’t worry, you can also register for our next event on Sunday 21 June, or register for one of our Meet the Tutor events which run on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month for most of our subject areas.
