Tuesday 12 November, 13:00-14:00 (GMT)

Data science is the study of the computational principles, methods, and systems for extracting knowledge from data. Large data sets are now generated by almost every activity in science, society, and commerce. Learn more about the Data Science MSc in this presentation by Dr Paolo Guagliardo, Programme Director, followed by a Q&A session.

Artificial Intelligence MSc introduction

Wednesday 13 November, 11:00 - 12:00 (GMT)

AI research is interdisciplinary by nature and draws on neuroscience, cognitive science, linguistics, computer science, mathematics and statistics, psychology. Learn more about the Artificial Intelligence MSc in this presentation by Dr Hakan Bilen, Programme Director, followed by a Q&A session.

Advanced Technology for Financial Computing MSc introduction

Wednesday 13 November, 12:30 - 13:30 (GMT)

This programme will provide you with a critical and practical appreciation of how data, computing and artificial intelligence technologies can be used and developed to deliver value in organisations with finance, risk and decision-making related digitalisation from both technology and business perspectives. Learn more about the Advanced Technology for Financial Computing MSc in this presentation by Dr Valerio Restocchi, Programme Director, followed by a Q&A session.

Computer Science MSc introduction

Wednesday 13 November, 14:00 - 15:00 (GMT)

The scope of Computer Science ranges from the design of programming languages and algorithms to models of computation, such as distributed, parallel and quantum computing, and the study of the limits of computation. We also offer specialist area courses in computer security. Learn more about the Computer Science MSc in this presentation by Dr Antonio Barbalace, Programme Director, followed by a Q&A session.

Cyber Security, Privacy and Trust MSc introduction

Thursday 14 November, 11:00 - 12:00 (GMT)

Cyber security and privacy is the study of the computational principles, methods and mechanisms for safe-guarding these sensitive applications. Graduates of the programme will learn how to evaluate, design, and implement secure and trustworthy systems in complex distributed systems. Learn more about the Cyber Security, Privacy and Trust MSc in this presentation by Dr Markulf Kohlweiss, Programme Director, followed by a Q&A session.

Design Informatics MSc introduction

Thursday 14 November, 13:30 - 14:30 (GMT)
