University of Passau, Faculty of Arts and Humanities Masters Degrees
We have 10 University of Passau, Faculty of Arts and Humanities Masters Degrees
In today's fast changing competitive environment it is vital for academic studies to be closely linked to the needs of the real world. The Faculty of Arts and Humanities tries to meet this challenge in a number of ways. First of all, it has designed 24 modern, international bachelor’s and master’s degrees, whose interdisciplinary structure makes them even more attractive for students wanting to approach the challenges of today’s globalized world from a broader perspective. In addition, students can supplement their studies by specialising in one or more foreign languages chosen from the Language Centre’s wide range of subject-specific language offerings; the specialist knowledge conveyed in e.g. the University’s Language and Business or Language and Cultural Studies Programme makes graduates of the University valuable commodities on the job market. The Arts and Humanities Faculty is part of a wide network of international partnerships with more than 190 leading universities throughout the world. However, for students looking for international experience in a job context rather than through study abroad, the University also maintains partnerships with companies in Germany and abroad. The Faculty offers degree programmes that prepare students specifically for the challenges they will face on the job, qualifying them for jobs in industry, commerce, schools and media as well as in national and international organisations or in science.
