The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) is a specialist UK-based university college. We’ve been helping young professionals to start their careers in banking and finance for over 140 years. Based in the heart of London’s financial district, LIBF is perfectly placed to introduce you to the world of banking, financial services, digital innovations in the industry and so much more.

At present, LIBF offers three online undergraduate and two online postgraduate degrees available to students based anywhere in the world.

Distance learning

Also known as online learning, distance learning allows students to complete a degree programme with as much flexibility as their life requires. At The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF), students benefit from interactive tools and multimedia study materials alongside live sessions with lecturers and ongoing contributions from professors. Distance learning combines the best of both worlds – state-of-the-art technology and personal support.

Full-time and part-time options

It takes three years to complete our undergraduate degrees on a full-time basis. We also offer two part-time options, which allow students to take their degrees over four or six years.

The full-time study period for our master’s and MBA degrees is 18 months. Here, too, you have the option of studying part-time over two years.

The total cost of the course is the same regardless of where you live and whether you study full time or part time. The amount you pay each year is calculated by dividing the total fee by the relevant number of years.
