Computer security is a growth industry, and is vital in modern computing environments. You will gain foundation knowledge in all the key areas of computing cyber security, both defensive and offensive, as well as post incident response. What you'll learn

For example, you may choose software development or information systems, and focus on the skills involved, while a theme such as security and forensics would obviously comprise different areas of study.

This course is studied full-time over three trimesters or part-time. It requires an intensive period of study, involving lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions and independent study. While classes for each module may account for only three or four hours a week, you'll be expected to commit at least 13 hours per week per module.
