The MSc award requires the completion of six taught modules and a 12,000 word research thesis. Options available - training and Development and Strategic Management & Marketing. Module subjects - Communication skills, Communication Dynamics, Managing the Learning Processing and Research & Development are core with specialist modules available, relevant to the specific options. MSc research has covered Consumer Decison Making, Internal Communication, Risk Perception, Training Needs Analysis. Placements compulsory on the taught programme, with the opportunity to complete MSc research abroad, either in East Africa or Europe.
