If you have experience in business or have studied a business-related degree, this master's course improves you career prospects in the management of international organisations. You combine study of how businesses operate in different parts of the world with techniques and skills designed to maximise your effectiveness in an international environment.

The course focuses on managing international organisations in a rapidly changing, global, business environment. It is for those who have previously studied a business-related subject and/or have business work experience.

We equip you with the necessary skills to work at a managerial level in an international organisation and to work effectively in more than one country. Before you start the course, we supply you with an induction pack that includes a reading list to introduce you to the general management and specialist modules. Dissertation workshops help you to prepare for your dissertation.

You study how these are planned, managed and evaluated. The focus of the course is on the strategic role events play in a modern society, and how they contribute to organisational and community objectives. The most recent evolutions in event strategy are at the core of the course, based on the research of our 25-strong academic research team.
