Speech processing is the science concerned with how speech communication works. how speech is produced by the speaker and understood by the listener.
The aims of the course are to provide qualified Speech and Language Therapists with opportunities to advance their academic knowledge and professional practice skills with specific clinical populations.
This one year part-time course offers qualified Speech and Language Therapists who already have a license to practise an opportunity to develop specialist skills in all aspects of dysphagia (swallowing disorders) in both adult and paediatric populations.
