This programme is focused on non-business graduates who wish to develop a career in business and management. The programme assumes no prior knowledge of business and management topics, but does assume the capacity for study and development of an honours degree graduate.

Consideration will be given on a case by case basis to students who have a minimum 2.2 honours degree in a business related discipline where the degree was completed at least 5 years previously. Applicants must have a recognised primary degree which is considered equivalent to Irish university primary degree level.

The Masters in Business Management covers all of the core business disciplines considered essential by top employers. Modules provide insights into three dimensions of business and management: functional (e.g. finance, HRM amongst others), organisational (e.g. strategy, innovation amongst others), and external markets (e.g. marketing and international business amongst others). Learning from modules is applied in practice through a business research project-dissertation.
