Whatever your background or situation, we want you to have the opportunity to embrace higher education and all the life-changing, future-shaping benefits it can provide. We are passionate in our belief that higher education should be available to everyone, and have been ranked the #1 university in England and Wales for social inclusion for the fourth year running, as well as being joint first across the UK in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2022.

On top of that, we're investing £80m into an impressive range of new facilities and learning spaces as part of our Campus 2025 project.

With so much going on, it's no surprise that the university is one of the country's fastest rising institutions in official university rankings.
