We've been helping students find the right postgraduate course for over a decade.
The University of Sussex is a research-active university with an excellent international reputation. We are based in the cosmopolitan seaside city of Brighton & Hove and welcome spirited students who want to study in a creative and intellectually challenging environment. At Sussex you will be encouraged to open your mind, deepen your thinking, and make your mark on the world.
We offer postgraduate qualifications in Social Work, Childhood and Youth Studies, Education, International Education and Development or Early Years Education (with or without Early Years Teacher Status).
You’ll benefit from our lecturers’ world-leading research on issues within education, childhood and youth, social work and social care. This research underpins our teaching and means you’ll be exploring the very latest insights and practices during your studies. You will be able to take part in an extensive programme of additional seminars, workshops and other events, all hosted by our research centres.
The University of Sussex offers postgraduate scholarships worth up to £3,000. Find out more about our Masters scholarships.
The Early Years Education (with Early Years Teacher Status) MA is currently funded by the UK Government’s body responsible for Early Years Initial Teacher Education. This means there is no fee to pay on this course for UK or EU students.
