Course content

Mindfulness is a very popular programme due to growth in other forms of therapy which are seen to be beneficial for stress management and other issues. The demand for other therapies in the NHS particularly has seen a rise in Mindfulness therapies and a growing awareness in society about mental health.

You develop a compassionate approach to mindfulness with inner resources which are required to manage this effectively. The programme is run as a partnership with University of Aberdeen and the Mindfulness Association Ltd with some training delivered by this organisation. You develop a compassionate approach which is the basis for insight and enrichment in daily life.

You will develop mindfulness practice in health, education and business contexts to enable people to take better care of
