This programme covers traditional and contemporary approaches to software development, from formal methods to object-oriented programming. You will study with experts in subjects such as computer vision; critical systems; cryptography; distributed computing systems; e-business; intelligent agents; model checking and multimedia.

Entry Requirements

First- or upper second-class degree or an equivalent standard in other qualifications approved by the University in an appropriate discipline (e.g. computer science, software engineering or similar). You will require programming experience and be familiar with modern software development techniques. English language: IELTS 6.5, with minimum of 6.0 in each component.
