Entry Requirements

To join this MA you should have a second class honours degree, 2:2 or above.

Applicants are required to present a portfolio (or equivalent) at interview. Applicants are also asked to provide a short statement describing their practice to date and motivations for study.

Alternative entry requirements

We welcome applications from students who may not have formal/traditional entry criteria but who have relevant experience or the ability to pursue the course successfully.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of full-time study on this programme, or another eligible postgraduate master’s programme in the 2021-22 academic year. You must hold an offer for an eligible programme, achieve at least a second-class degree and meet your offer conditions by the admission's deadline.

You may apply for this scholarship if you have already been awarded a different scholarship. However, in line with the University of Salford terms and conditions, you can only receive one scholarship - the one with the highest value.

Application Procedure

There is no separate application process for this scholarship. You will be assessed when you apply for your chosen programme of study for the 2021-22 intake. If you are successfully offered this scholarship, you must accept your offer of admission and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline specified in order to receive the funding.
