About the course

Introduction

Entry Requirements

* BSc in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sensor Technology, Technical IT or an equivalent educational programme with sufficient similar content.

* You will need to submit: transcript of the degree, CV and a convincing motivation letter. You also need to demonstrate your affinity for mathematics and computing, by a transcript of the degree and/or by the CV and/or by a convincing motivation letter.

The English proficiency level should be proven with:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 575 (paper-basedtest) or
- IELTS: 6.5 minimum or
- Cambridge Advanced Exam in English: B minimum; or
- Cambridge Proficiency Exam in English: C minimum.

The Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme was first launched in China in 2008 and now also runs in Brazil, Indonesia, Korea, Mexico and Russia. The programme is a collection of scholarships offered by Dutch higher education institutions, multinationals and government institutes. The Holland Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. The scholarship is meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to study in the Netherlands. Application Procedure

If you wish to become eligible for the scholarship, you first have to apply for the programme itself. After you have been admitted to the programme, you will receive an email with an invitation to apply for the scholarship through the admissions officer of the programme. You will get a link to the online Holland Scholarship application tool from Hanze UAS. You will be informed about the result of our selection in July at the latest. Further practical information concerning procedure and payment will be sent to you as soon as you have been selected.

The Hanze Scholarship programme offers scholarships to master's students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to pursue their master's degree at Hanze UAS, Groningen.
