About the course
Veterinary pathology at Nottingham University provides a diagnostic service on a wide range of animals, mainly companion and farm animals (part of disease surveillance activity with Animal and Plant Health Agency). The unit is involved in clinical teaching of year 5 veterinary students and servicing surgical and post-mortem case submissions caseload.
Entry Requirements
Graduates with at least one year’s clinical experience, preferably with some exposure to veterinary anatomic pathology, are invited to apply for this residency position. Applicants must have attended an EAEVE approved Veterinary School and be a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons or hold a veterinary degree qualifying them for membership. Applicants whose first language is not English must achieve an appropriate level in an approved test in English before they can register (IELTS≥7.5 with no less than 7.0 in each element).
