A scholarship is available for suitably qualified candidates from anywhere in the world to do an MSc by research in the field of Forensic Computing / Digital Forensics. The scholarship covers university fees and includes a tax-free stipend of 16,002 euro per annum.
The scholarship is provided as a part of the project whose aim is to develop novel, highly automated tools for event reconstruction in cybercrime investigations. More information at http://cci.ucd.ie/aer
Preference will be given to candidates with excellent programming and/or mathematical modeling skills. Prior experience in digital forensics, symbolic verification, or machine learning is an advantage.
