This is an online postgraduate conversion programme during which you’ll develop the knowledge, understanding and critical thinking required to practice as a valuer or property surveyor. It offers a range of modules which address the competencies required for these disciplines, and it is recognised as meeting the RICS educational requirements for membership (Graduate Route 1).
This programme is delivered by supported online learning and can be studied in any location.
These courses are also registered with the Hong Kong Non-local Courses Registry (NCR registration number 252545). It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which these courses may lead.
Why study this programme?
The programme is ideal for anyone who already has a first degree and wants to develop their career in Real Estate. If you are interested in valuation, sustainability, development, management, agency and investment in real estate then you should consider studying this programme as it gives a route to Chartered status. Employment opportunities include private practice, commercial firms, companies with large property portfolios and government departments. Career and study progression
The opportunities available are extensive and include the following career paths; valuation surveying, commercial/residential agency, consultancy, property management, investment management and property development.
This programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).
