The distance learning Real Estate Investment Finance (REIF) programme has been designed for real estate professionals across all sectors, as well as fund managers and investment bankers who would like to gain a better understanding of real estate as a financial asset in an investment portfolio.
The REIF programme is practically based and offers students a flexible and innovative way to study. The programme is delivered online and is supported by our Virtual Learning Environment, as well as a series of Network Seminars which offer students face-to-face contact, input from experts in the field and opportunities to network, share work and study experiences.
Why choose this course?
The REIF programme is delivered purely online, offering students a flexible and innovative way to study. The four 'stand-alone’ core modules enable students to start the MSc or PG Diploma at any point. Learning is supported via a series of online webinars, videos and audio recordings.
Each module is organised around six learning packages allowing students to work at their own pace and keep track of their learning. Network Seminars offer students face-to-face contact, input from experts in the field and opportunities to network, share work and study experiences. The REIF programme is practically based and offers the opportunity to share knowledge and experience in real life situations.
