Entry Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of a second class honours degree (2:2).

The course is recommended for graduates from a broad range of subject areas, including the arts, sciences, law or business, as a gateway to a future quantity surveying career. This course is also relevant for current professionals who want to formalise their existing skills with an accredited qualification.

No prior knowledge of quantity surveying, property or construction is required, however, quantity surveying is a broad and challenging field, so it is important that you are prepared for the scope of the learning material.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of full-time study on an eligible postgraduate master’s programme in the 2021-22 academic year.

If you're a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme, achieve a first-class degree and meet your offer conditions by the admission's deadline.

You may apply for this scholarship if you have already been awarded a different scholarship. However, in line with the terms and conditions, you can only receive one scholarship - the one with the highest value.

Application Procedure

There is no separate application process for this scholarship. You will be assessed when you apply for your chosen programme of study for the 2021-22 intake. If you are successfully offered this scholarship, you must accept your offer of admission and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline specified in order to receive the funding.
