The program of studies consists of four semesters. Each semester involves the completion of a major project that will focus on and reflect the issues of technology, economics, law and human resources covered in the lectures. The projects make it possible apply theory, methods and factual knowledge to practical applications and problems:
1 Planning and provision of public transport links to a large community. 2 Winning customers and customer loyalty using innovative tendering systems. 3 Tendering of trans-national transport services in a climate of international competition. 4 Cooperative arrangements versus mergers; planning, evaluation and execution of a company merger.
The program of studies is open to university or technical college graduates having at least one year professional experience.The prerequisites to admittance to the Public Transport Management Master's program include the holding of a degree from a university or technical college or the holding of an equivalent degree or higher from a foreign institution and one year relevant working experience in a public transport company. for foreign students, DSH1 or DAFi2 test for non-native English speakers, a TOEFL3 score of at least 200 on the computer-based test (corresponds to approximately 500 points in the paper-based test).
