About the course

Combating climate change, handling technological and social changes such as artificial intelligence or demographic transformation, as well as the future of the global society and economy are major challenges of our time and require complex economic and political responses. Students of the Masters programme Public Affairs and Economics acquire skills that enable them to understand these interrelationships and to carry out data-based economic analyses. The curriculum focuses on empirical methods of policy evaluation and evidence-based analyses in an interdisciplinary context.
