Entry Requirements

To apply for this course you need at least a 2:2 honours degree.

We usually require applicants to hold a 2:2 honours degree in an engineering discipline or an equivalent professional qualification. We will consider applicants with a wide range of relevant experience.

In addition to academic qualifications, you must also have a minimum level of English language skills. If English is not your first language, please see our English language requirements.

What it is: The Senior Scholarship awards students a full tuition fee waiver for the first year of their postgraduate programme at the University of Sunderland in London. The aim of the scholarship is to lessen the financial burden for students who are not eligible to claim funding from Student Finance England which will allow them to concentrate on their studies and fully engage with their programme.

Who it’s for: You must be a current or recent graduate UK/EU student studying for a postgraduate degree with us. If you are an alumnus, you must have completed a graduate programme at the University within six months of your postgraduate application. This scholarship is not available for use on an undergraduate course.
