About the course

All courses have as their main focus a work based project supported by your own personal learning and development. You will benefit from a highly relevant, customised course which also delivers outcomes for your organisation. The key course components allow for high levels of customisation, choice and negotiation. You negotiate your programme pathway, timescales, target award and award title. This qualification has been approved as an appropriate pathway to achieving the Senior Leaders Degree Apprenticeship and so you may be able to fund your programme through the apprenticeship levy.

You may also make a claim for credit for prior learning to gain exemptions from some modules by undertaking the module Recognition and Accreditation of Prior

Entry Requirements

Applicants will usually have at least three years experience in a role which allows for the scope to undertake postgraduate work-based projects. All applicants require employer or stakeholder support.
