About the course

Professional Education is specifically for you if you teach to enable you to progress your own interests and responsibilities and continue your professional development.  You are assessed in terms of activities and formative and summative elements and you can work your way towards 180 credits or choose to complete a PgDip or PgCert if you wish. The degree can empower you in your daily duties and provide a much richer experience for yourself and your students in terms of knowledge you can bring to your role. The degree can also be a useful element of progression within your area of work. You look at key policies shaping education and you lead change in a variety of policy and practice situations. Most importantly you gain the tools, confidence and skills to lead.
