We've been helping students find the right postgraduate course for over a decade.
The Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Imaging (PGDipMI) is open to graduates with a Bachelor of Medical Imaging degree or an undergraduate degree in the health sciences in a relevant field. It teaches radiodiagnosis based around physiological systems such as the cardiovascular system, musculoskeletal system, the respiratory system and others.
Candidates completing the Ultrasound paper as part of the programme and wishing to become a registered sonographer would undertake an additional, separate clinical component through the Australasian Society for Ultrasound in Medicine (ASUM).
The Master of Medical Imaging (MMI) degree is available to graduates who achieve a B grade average or higher in the PGDipMI, including a grade of B+ or higher for the research methods component.
