Course content

• You will be able to contribute to the development of appropriate HRM strategies, policies, procedures and change programmes within a dynamic business context
• You will develop personal skills vital for your future HRM career, and for maintaining your professional status through Continuing Professional Development
• You will studycover modules that focus on the areas where HRM can add competitive advantage to an organisation in the future, and so are ideal for both specialist HR practitioners and generalist managers.

Flexible to meet your specific career needs, professionally approved, and developed in conjunction with leading regional employers, this course provides a thorough, and highly relevant learning programme for people who want to look realistically and confidently towards the higher levels of HR management.

Throughout your studies, assignments and reports are based on real world scenarios, and usually based on your own work place. You can add value to your organisation quickly through your learning whilst gaining your qualifications. Visits from guest speakers will also enable you to consider how you can apply and absorb their thinking and experience into your practice.

Once you complete the Diploma, CIPD will recognise that you’ve fully satisfied the knowledge criteria for Chartered Membership status. You will gain Associate status automatically, and you can apply for full Chartered Status directly to the CIPD.
