About the course

Prepare to practise as a solicitor in England or Wales: completing our LPC course will allow you to move on to take a training contract. You will explore a number of areas of practising law, and keep up to date with the latest opportunities in the legal profession. Thanks to our flexible teaching, you will have time to follow these opportunities up, too.

Entry Requirements

One of the following: A UK qualifying Law degree with a minimum classification of 2.2 honours; a pass in the Common Professional Examination (CPE); or a recognised Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL). Filex students issued with a Certificate of Exemption from the CPE by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) are also eligible.

If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.
