About the course
The Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology is organised by the Centre for Cell Biology and Cutaneous Research in the Blizard Institute, and the Department of Dermatology BartsHealth.This distance learning programme covers core aspects of dermatology over a one-year period, with particular emphasis on the diagnosis and management of skin disease from a primary care perspective. There are two separate but linked programmes; one for UK-based General Practitioners, and one for doctors outside the UK. Successful completion of either programme leads to award of a Diploma in Clinical Dermatology from the University of London.
Entry Requirements
Qualification requirements for the course are MB BS or basic medical degree from universities recognised by the University of London. Prior experience in dermatology is desirable but not essential. An IELTS score of 6.5 or more is required for International students.
Access to a computer with Internet connection is essential for undertaking the course.
