About the course

A rugby player with concussion or a motorcyclist after a high speed collision, how would you manage a significant head trauma? How would you treat a seemingly well child with a fever or manage to execute a research project within an emergency setting?

Our online multi-professional course is for qualified doctors, nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, physicians/associates, pharmacists and advanced clinical practitioners, working in emergency care.

It gives you the opportunity to gain academic recognition for your professional training in urgent or emergency care.

Entry Requirements

All applicants must be practising in and have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience in an area of urgent or emergency care.

Entry to the programme requires the student to be a registered practitioner:

-Doctor (registered with the GMC*)
-Nurse (registered with the NMC*)
-Paramedic (registered with the HCPC*)
-Physiotherapist (registered with the HCPC*)
-Physicians associate/assistant (registered on the PAMVR*)
-Pharmacists (registered with the GPC*)
-Advanced Clinical Practitioners (with associated professional registration*)
