Course content

This course is most likely to be of interest to researchers and others wishing to develop their theoretical knowledge about CBT, without necessarily putting this into clinical practise. This course focuses on CBT knowledge and principles, and does not involve supervised practice. It may also be of value to those who wish to develop their skills but do not have current access to clients.
