Full time September PGCE 1 year full time

About the course

The course is aimed at graduates who have a real passion, enthusiasm and commitment to joining the teaching profession as a primary teacher with maths specialism, and who might want to lay the foundations to become a leader of mathematics in the future.

Through our PGCE we will help you build on this passion for teaching children in early years and primary education. You will prepare to teach all subjects across the curriculum, and study primary mathematics in depth. On successfully completing your PGCE, as well as pursuing your teaching career and moving into completing your Early Career Teacher induction, there is also potential for you to engage in further study for a full Masters and on to a Doctorate in Education.
