About the course
A teacher who is knowledgeable and skilled can have an amazing impact on a child during their time at school and beyond.
During placements within your selected Primary age range, you will play a vital role in motivating children to be engaged and excited about learning across the curriculum, with an additional focus on teaching and learning in Mathematics.
A high-quality mathematics education should foster pupils’ curiosity, develop their self-confidence, broaden their horizons and encourage positive attitudes.
Developed in close partnership with primary schools throughout East Anglia, our Primary PGCE course is designed to help you become a confident and capable teacher who can motivate children and manage a class effectively.
