PGCE Physics with Maths

Course Description

Leeds Trinity University offers Professional Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) (FHEQ Level 6) initial teacher training courses in a number of subject areas as well as the option to study for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education qualification (PGCert) (FHEQ Level 7).

Entry Requirements

You'll need a good honours degree (2ii or above and preferably single honours) with a significant proportion of Physics; GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) English and Mathematics; confirmation that the applicant had not been excluded from teaching nor from working with children, nor was registered with the Disclosure and Barring Service as unfit for working with children or young persons; suitable personal and intellectual qualities required for teaching in secondary schools.
