The educational programme has been designed to prepare graduate students with the competencies to function in three roles. Face to face work with clients with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, liaison with primary care professionals, carers and service users, practice audit and activity such as setting up and management of mental illness case registers.
honours degree in a health or social sciences related subject or equivalent. They will be employed as a mental health worker or a health/social care practitioner.
