Student Profile(s)

Alex Stewart

ARU's first General Optical Council (GOC) registered Dispensing Optician graduate

If any Dispensing Optician is wanting to further their career, I would highly recommend the new ARU PGCert route to becoming a Contact Lens Optician. The way in which the course lecturers adapted the delivery of the course due to COVID has been exceptional and a real testament to the innovative and modern teaching methods and overall course content. I felt well supported throughout the year by all of the course tutors and the standard of online material was better than previous distance learning I've completed at other institutions.
